Our Holiday Fir trees are a PNW twist on French ”mendiants”, chocolate discs studded with nuts and dried fruits served during the holiday season. In our very local version, we mix caramelized almonds, a hint of candied orange peel and Guérande fleur de sel with a delicious 68% dark chocolate blend from Valrhona and Cacao Barry. We then leave the mix to sprout overnight, and come morning, we harvest the majestic chocolate fir forest it grew into. Enjoy the magic!
